Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be damaged, misprinted, or broken upon arrival.
- You must provide an image and video of the unboxing, clearly showing the defect.
Returns for any other reason, including change of mind or dislike of the product, are not accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@gariboo.in. Please include:
- Your order number
- Proof of the issue (images and video)
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide further instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available unless your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted. The best way to get what you need is to return the faulty item for a replacement, if eligible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
